introduction the creation of a softball launcher project being undertaken by our group, took four months to complete.

this is because we consider every aspect in details to achieve the objectives set. all the functions and performance of the machine, created very well and careful so as not to drop out of the objectives and scope. with the help from Mr. Supa'at, the implementation of the project of creation of this machine became easier. additionally, task scheduling and task allocation should be done fairly and wisely so that all work can be carried out smoothly and efficiently. Justify objectives The objective is to identify the needs of players and coaches on the launcher machine, identify design and throw variations to be developed, identify the materials needed by the players and coaches and develop softball launcher machine to be used by players and coaches in the sport of softball training. This objective was chosen because, existing launchers machine can only launch the ball with a fixed boom only. our group, do a little innovation to make the ball bounce more interesting and challenging. we tried to throw the ball in terms of varying the angle of throw, throw height and direction of the throw. throw can be done from various angles. existing launcher machine can throw the ball just to toss a constant only. This innovation is the result of our discussions with the supervisor. The selected design is portable design. easy to operate and to be brought anywhere. We also do a bit of research on the needs of softball players and coaches in training. objectives that have been made are developed from a problem and needs players and coaches during the training is done. Proposed after a discussion with members of the group and based on our experience in this polytechnic, we decided a few suggestions to ensure the success of this polytechnic project for next semester onwards. This proposal is divided into two, namely: i. ii. to the polytechnic to the students

The PUO should provide a practical examination during the workshop classes. This exam covers all the basic use of equipment in the workshops to enhance students knowledge and skills and thus give confidence to student to undertake the project.

Students must ensure their self-discipline is at good level when carrying out practical work. This is because discipline is very important for achieving work objectives. Students should take advantages of as much as possible during the training experience of the industry to complete the project. It is hoped that students will be able to give full commitment to the subject of successful workshops to ensure that they acquire the knowledge and skills to efficiently. Students are also expected to make the selection of appropriate projects in accordance with the course and students ability levels. This ensure that it is appropriate to their knowledge and skills. Students will also need to think positive when doing practical tasks in this project by implementing the values that are in themselves.
