The False Prophet sits in the temple of God in the PLACE where ALSO our Lord was
Crucified

The false prophet/king (Dan.11:36-38 below) will sit (2 Thess.2:4 below) in the PLACE,
that great CITY Mystery Babylon (Re.18:2, 10, 16, 18-19 below), “where ALSO our Lord
was crucified” (Re.11:8, Heb.13:12 below).

Dan.11:36 And the king (Dan.7:8, Dan.7:24) shall do according to his will; and HE
SHALL EXALT HIMSELF, AND MAGNIFY HIMSELF above every god (Dan.8:11, 2
Thess.2:4 below), and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods, and SHALL
PROSPER TILL THE INDIGNATION BE ACCOMPLISHED: for that that is determined
SHALL BE DONE (Dan.7:21, Dan.7:25).

Dan.11:37 Neither shall he (the king) regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of
women, nor regard any god: FOR HE SHALL MAGNIFY HIMSELF ABOVE ALL
(Dan.11:36 above).

Dan.11:38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces (Dan.11:31): and a god
whom his fathers knew not (Dan.11:37 above) shall he honour with gold, and silver, and
with precious stones, and pleasant things (Re.17:4).

2 Thess.2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth HIMSELF above all that is called God, or that is
worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing HIMSELF that he is
God (Dan.11:36-37 above).

Re.11:8 And their dead bodies (the two prophets – Re.11:10) shall lie in the
street of the great CITY (Re.18:2, 10, 16, 18, 19 below), which spiritually is called Sodom
and Egypt, WHERE ALSO OUR LORD WAS CRUCIFIED (Heb.13:12 below).

Heb.13:12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood,
SUFFERED WITHOUT (outside) THE GATE (Re.11:8 above).

That great CITY Mystery Babylon

Re.18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is
fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage
of every unclean and hateful bird.
Re.18:10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city
Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
Re.18:18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What [city is] like
unto this great city!
Re.18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas,
alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her
costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
