What you offer

You have a university degree in business sciences with focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Planning, General Management. Knowledge in industrial engineering and in natural sciences is also appreciated. You have an international background, practical experiences and excellent grades: Preferably, you will have spent some time studying abroad and gained initial international experience e.g. through internships. You have good command of English and German. You are striving for a professional environment to realize your aspirations. You are looking for a

18-month trainee program. Assigned to a Subgroup, a Service Company or to Corporate Controlling, your program stations will cover main controlling functions in the Subgroup as well as the Corporate Center departments Controlling, Accounting, Finance and Auditing. A stay abroad of two to three months is an inherent part of the program.  Starting in Accounting, your 18-month trainee program will include main accounting functions from invoice processing to consolidated financial statements. Part of your program is a stay abroad in a local or regional accounting platform as well as in relevant related functional areas.

 Starting out your career in Finance, you will join an 18-month trainee program covering all main functions of the Finance department, or a shortened trainee program, both tailored to prepare you for employment in specialized or managerial finance functions.  Starting your job in Corporate Auditing, you will be assigned to an experienced team leader responsible for one of the subgroups, regions and/or functional areas. You will be trained onthe-job. Integrated in international teams you will review the business processes to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness.

What comes after the program?
