The Ladies Retreat was well attended. We had two delightful guests in addition from Jamesville Community Church. Pastor Debbie shared her passion in the topic of trafficked women as well as reminded the attendants that they are created in God's Image. The women had a chance to write a note of encouragement to another woman. The cards and 41 toiletry items from the women who attended will benefit women at Vera House because they are, Women Like Us created in God's image.

1. Please pray for Don Bourbon, who is undergoing tests in preparation for cancer surgery. Also remember Bev Bourbon, who is still recovering from broken ribs and supporting Don in this difficult time. 2. Please pray for Carol Wheeler in her recovery from her ankle surgery. Issues with the incision and an infection are keeping her out of work.

We will offer tea, coffee, and cider to drink. Please drop Nancy a note if you can make it or if you are interested but cant make this time. 278-0639 or nvolk@twcny.rr.com. We were thinking about a study around spiritual gifts but would be open for others thoughts and suggestions. - Nancy
