Addendum SCHEDULE-IV LIVE PERFORMANCES The Concessionaire shall be required to perform the following Live Performances by experienced artists/

performers/ artisans etc. Additionally, the list of live performances mentioned below is only indicative and the bidder can provide additional activities for each project components. However, the same can be outsourced at concessionaires discretion subject to meeting all performance obligations as stipulated in this RFP. S.no. The Concessionaire can use mannequins to partial or full extent for the activities related to project components under serial number 10, 14, 17, 20 and indicative list of activities for 21. Additionally, as per section 19 of the Concession agreement of the RFP, the maintenance board would have the right to inspect to live performances provided by the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire shall upload / update on the website, after every 3 (three) months, the detailed list of Live Performances those will be performed at the venue. The Concessionaire shall provide the same details to the Maintenance Board for their suggestions/ comments. However, the decision of the Maintenance Board shall be final in this regard.
