GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES AND ACCESS TO FIB 2012 The acquisition of a ticket represents the acceptance of the

following conditions: 1. Your ticket: 1.1. The legal nature of the ticket is that of a security or negotiable instrument, in accordance with legislation currently in force. 1.2. The day ticket does not grant the right to access the Festi,al-s camping areas. ii" (.#ay Ticket: $rants the right to access the concert area on Friday, *aturday and *unday, as well as the right to access one of the Festi,al-s free camping areas between /uly 0th and 1)th, 2!12. iii" 1.#ay Ticket: $rants the right to access the concert area on Thursday, Friday, *aturday and *unday, as well as the right to access one of the Festi,al-s free camping areas between /uly 0th and 1)th, 2!12. i," 2I3 3ass: $rants the right to access the concert area on Thursday, Friday, *aturday and *unday, as well as the right to access one of the Festi,al-s free camping areas between /uly between /uly 0th and 1)th, 2!12. 4dditionally, the 2I3 3ass grants a series of pri,ileges outlined in points ( and 1 of these conditions. 5owe,er, the 6rganisation reser,es the right to put new kinds of tickets on sale that are not outlined in this point. In any case, these tickets would be sub7ect to the general conditions of ticket sales and access to FI 2!12 described in this document. The purchase of the 82illa9amp: ticket only grants the right to use and en7oy this camping area as long as the general conditions to 4ccess the mentioned camping area are fulfilled as published in ,illacamp.fiberfib.com;condiciones <http:;;,illacamp.fiberfib.com;condiciones= . 1.(. 6nce acquired, the ticket cannot be e>changed or refunded, all purchases being final, e>cept in the case of cancellation or date changes on the part of FI 2!12. 1.1. 4dmission, without affecting what is reflected in these conditions with regard to the right of admission, is contingent on ha,ing a complete ticket in appropriate conditions. Tickets are equipped with different security measures to ensure their authenticity. The 6rganisation will not be held responsible for tickets that were not purchased at official points of sale. 4ny damaged ticket, or any ticket with signs of being counterfeit, will authorise the 6rganisation to deny access to the said ticket holder to the concert ,enue and, if the case may be, the camping area. The 6rganisation reser,es the right to take any and all legal measures it deems opportune against holders of counterfeit tickets. 1.?. 3ossession of a ticket does not grant its holder or third parties the right to use the ticket or its contents for purposes related to ad,ertising, marketing or promotions &including, e>pressly but not e>clusi,ely, contests, gifts and;or raffles" associated with the ticket holder or third parties. Failure to comply with this point will obligate the unauthorised ad,ertiser and;or user to pay a penalty equi,alent to a thousand times the price of the most e>pensi,e ticket to the e,ent, without affecting further claims for general damages. Furthermore, said ticket will be declared null and ,oid immediately. 1.). Tickets may only be purchased at points of sale e>pressly authorised by the 6rganisation. 1.'. In the e,ent a ticket is acquired through the website www.fiberfib.com, said ticket must be printed by the purchaser &at.home print ser,ice". The 6rganisation e>pressly warns that said tickets couldn-t be picked up at the bo> office in enic@ssim.

1.+ The 6rganisation warns that it has high.tech procedures in place capable of detecting any kind of photocopied or counterfeited ticket. The 6rganisation reser,es the right to deny access to the holder of a ticket if any anomalies are detected. The detection of any fraudulent use of at.home printing tools will be persecuted in accordance with any and all legislation currently in force, including criminal liabilities. 2. Reg r!i"g t#e ticket "! it$ e%c# "ge &or 'ri$t( "!: 2.1. The ticket must be e>changed for a wristband upon arri,ing at the FI 2!12 ,enue. Tickets can be e>changed for wristbands in the camping areas and the main entrance of the concert ,enue. 2.2. The 6rganisation will not be held responsible for the care and maintenance of the wristband once issuedA the bearer of the wristband will be solely responsible for its care and maintenance. #amaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. The wristbands are resilient but not unbreakable. 2.(. 6nce the ticket has been e>changed for a wristband in a designated area, the wristband becomes the element that certifies acquired rights. The loss of the wristband will translate into the loss of the right of admission. The 6rganisation warns that manipulated, damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. If one lea,es the ,enue, one-s wristband must be perfectly intact in order to re.enter. 2.1. The mere fact of ha,ing a pass for 82illa9amp:, without a ticket for the ,enue &Tickets, 2I3 3asses and day tickets", does not grant the right to ask the 6rganiBation to e>change for a wristband for the Festi,al-s ,enue, or to refund the paid amount. ). The (.#ay and 1.#ay Tickets, as well as 2I3 tickets, grant the right to use the FI 2!12 free camping grounds between /uly 0th and 1)th, 2!12 &eight days and se,en nights". 1.#ay Tickets do not grant free camping.ground rights. The 2I3 3asses grant the right to use the Festi,al-s free camping areas from Honday, /uly 0th 2!12, to Honday, /uly 1)th 2!12, &eight days and se,en nights". 1. Su$+e"$io" or c "ce.. tio" o& t#e e2e"t: ?.1. The 6rganisation reser,es the right to change, modify or suspend the FI 2!12 programme at any time. ?.2. In the e,ent of a total cancellation, the 6rganisation will take all reasonable measures to accommodate ticket holders with new dates for the FI 2!12. ?.(. In case of any ticket refund from the 6rganisation, the distribution cost that sales channels apply to the price of the ticket will not be refunded by the 6rganisation gi,en that the 6rganisation is not the recipient of this charge and this ser,ice is understood to be rendered at the time of purchasing the ticket. ?.1. The cancellation, total or partial, of FI 2!12 due to forces beyond the 6rganisation-s control will not lead to ticket refunds.

If the minor is from a foreign country or a country in the JC, they will ha,e to present all documentation that certifies custody of the minor in accordance to the legislation that corresponds to their country of origin. 2. Hinors that are 12 or under must &a" be accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian and &b" they will ha,e to fill in a document in which they acknowledge themsel,es as being directly responsible for the minor, e>empting H4K4L6KF# *.4. from any responsibility and confirming the authenticity of all documentation pro,ided to the 6rganiBation. 4dditional requisites require the presentation of the Family ook, I# or 3assport of the minor and I# or 3assport of the parent or guardian. If the minor is from a foreign country or a country of the JC, the parent or legal guardian must present all documentation that certifies custody of the minor according to the legislation that corresponds to their country of origin. Fastly, minors must carry their accreditation on them during the duration of their stay in the ,enue and must be ,isible at all times. The accreditation must ha,e their name, surname, nationality and the contact information of their mother, father or legal guardians and mobile number of the parent or legal guardian whose name is on the minor-s accreditation. The 6rganiBation will ha,e permission to make photocopies of the documentation turned in by adults, mother, father or legal guardian for their archi,es. Hinors will be e>pelled if seen consuming alcoholic drinks or smoking tobacco. The 6rganiBation has a right to e>pel minors who infringe any of the pre,iously mentioned requisites for access or permanence in the ,enue. J>pulsion from festi,al grounds will not result in ticket refunds. ).(. 4ll rights regarding image, name, copyrights, patent rights and any rights deri,ed directly or indirectly from artistic representations or any other representations deri,ed from the Festi,al are reser,ed. Filming and recording of any sound and image without pre,ious written consent from the 6rganiBation is strictly forbidden. It is, therefore, strictly forbidden to access the ,enue with cameras &photographic and ,ideo" and any other recording de,ice. ).1. FI attendees e>plicitly agree and authoriBe that their ,oices and images be
