BUILDING FUTURE THOUGHTS HEAVY FABRICATION Client scope 1. All civil works related to the building are client scope. 2. Scaffolding should be provide by you. 3. Supply of paints. 4. Accommodation for Labour power, water & material storage should be provided by client. 5. Material Handling and Security for supplied material. Design: The building is designed in accordance with the following codes AISC & MBMA Building System Manual. Dead load -0.10KN/Sqm, Live Load -0.57KN/Sqm, Seismic Load as per IS 1893, Load on Roof-0.05 KN/Sqm. Design As per MBMA Standard. Primary Members / Built up sections are made from Hot Rolled plates confirming to IS 2062 A &B Grade 50 steel. The plates are joined together by MIG and Submerged arc welding process. Rod and angle bracings are as per ASTM A-36 specifications. All the secondary members like Purlins and Flange Bracing thickness of 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm and 2.5mm shall confirm to IS 801-1975 Description Supply of fabricated structure & Erection with sheet fixing.
