1 WELDS 2 SAFETY LATCH 3 GENERAL
1.1 Inspect all welds for signs of wear, cracks 2.1 Inspect the safety latch on the door of cage. 3.1 Check for damage.
1.2 Are all sides closed to prevent tools falling off the 2.2 Inspect the safety bar inserted at rear of cage 3.2 Ensure the cage is used for personnel only.
