Defendant has surrendered to the custody of the Sac County Sheriff in response to a warrant which has been issued from the 26 Judicial Circuit Court, Camden County, Missouri. Defendant is waiving extradition in this matter. The Sac County Sheriff shall contact the said sheriff and inform him that the defendant is a resident of Sac County and has surrendered in response to that warrant and that within 30 days said sheriff shall take custody of the said defendant. In the interim the court sets the defendant's bond at $100.00 cash. If the bond is posted defendant may be reached either on his cell phone at (712) 480-0916 or his father's cell phone at (712) 210-0605. In the event that the Sheriff of Camden County, Missouri intends to come to Sac County, Iowa and take custody of the defendant he shall contact the Sac County Sheriffs office at (712) 662-7127 at least 24 hours ahead of time so that he defendant may surrender to the Sac County Sheriff and be ready to be transported to Missouri.
