The complaining witness says that on the date and at the location described, the defendant, contrary to law,

COUNT 1: ANIMALS - ABANDONING/CRUELTY TO ONE ANIMAL

did fail to provide an animal with adequate care; contrary to MCL 750.50(4)(a). [750.504A]
MISDEMEANOR: 93 Days, $1,000.00, up to 200 hours of community service, or any combination of
penalties. A consecutive sentence may be imposed for any other conviction; may order psychiatric
evaluation; may order costs of care, housing, or veterinary care, as applicable; may be ordered not to
own/possess an animal

COUNT 2: ANIMALS - ABANDONING/CRUELTY TO ONE ANIMAL

did own a certain dog, to-wit: Female Pitbull "Sheila" which was six months old or older and was not
