COUNT 1: ANIMAL - DANGEROUS ANIMAL CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY

was the owner of WOLF-DOG, a dangerous animal, that attacked SOPHIA SCRAVER and/or JAMIE ALISON
CHARVAT and caused serious injury; contrary to MCL 287.323(2). [287.3232]
FELONY: 4 Years and/or $2,000.00 and/or 500 hours of community service

COUNT 2: WOLF-DOG CROSS ACT - VIOLATIONS

did violate MCL 4 AND/OR 5 AND/OR 6 AND/OR 9 AND/OR 10, a provision contained in the wolf-dog cross act,
MCL 287.1001 et seq; contrary to MCL 287.1015(1). [287.10151-A]
MISDEMEANOR: $250.00 - $1,000.00, plus costs of prosecution; 93 Days; 500 hours community service; loss of
privilege to own/possess animals

Court shall order law enforcement to collect a DNA identification profiling sample before sentencing or disposition, if
not taken at arrest.
