In the event of the exposure of any previously unidentified cable tiles, warning tape, or utilities during excavation work must immediately cease and Safety Officer and Foreman informed. he Foreman shall immediately advise the !ermit Issuer and discuss how to proceed safely.

work shall be monitored #$$% of the time by the safety officer and Forman. he use of a digging bar in close proximity to exposed cables or known cable runs is prohibited &are should be taken in case unidentified cables have been run under or diagonally below the exposed cables. &ontrol access to un'ualified persons.
