Characteristics of Successful Students in this Course: Students in this course attend school regularly and contribute to class discussions. They take good notes, ask questions, and help their peers. Successful students also set personal goals to keep a focus on improvement. Remediation Statement: Students in Tech classes at BHS will have the opportunity to remediate and reassess individual projects. If a student wishes to remediate they will need to receive some additional instruction and support from the teacher. Additionally the teacher will discuss with the student which specific items need to be improved and how they can practice those skills prior to reworking the project for resubmission. When the student takes the reassessment, the new project grade will fully replace the previous project grade (either higher or lower). The entire remediation and reassessment process will need to be completed within 2 weeks of the original assessment.
