In this course, we will study various types of air pollutants found in indoor environments. We will consider investigation procedures and methods for the IAQ problem buildings. We will study on the techniques to prevent or reduce IAQ problems like source control, natural and mechanical ventilation, air filtration and purification. IAQ related criteria adopted in green building rating systems will be covered.
