I made this purchase at Rajlakshmi Complex, Uttara, Dhaka on March 1st, 2011. Unfortunately, your product has not performed satisfactorily because of its unusual starting time and command apprehension time consumption. Therefore, to solve the problem, I would appreciate a replacement of the purchased product since it might take a long time to repair and have the product delivered.
