SEALING TIPS
Before sealing; always test on an uninstalled piece. Neutralize any acid with water and baking soda. Make sure surface is clean and completely dry. Ideal temperatures for sealing are 65F - 80F. Do not seal in direct sunlight when temperature is above 90F, as flashing may occur, or if rain is expected within next 72 hours. Each product is a stand alone product. Start and finish your project with the same sealer.

IMPREGNATING SEALER
The ultimate invisible protection for all Marble, Granite, Travertine, Polished Stones, Limestone, Flagstone, Concrete, Stamped Concrete, Clay, and most porous surfaces. 898 provides the highest degree of stain resistance while maintaining the Unsealed Look. 898 is a water based emulsion that incorporates chemicals usually found in solvent base products. Once the water evaporates, the solvent based properties remain. For powerful results, allow 24 hours.

HIGH GLOSS SEALER & JOINT STABILIZER

For an Ultra High Gloss finish on clay, saltillo, pavers, interlocking pavers, concrete, stamped concrete, flagstone, slate, flamed granite, driveways, and porous stones. 888 provides plastic film-forming protection, while adding a beautiful Ultra High Gloss finish.

COLOR ENHANCER & SEALER

Enhances the natural color on travertine, marble, granite, flagstone, limestone, sandstone, clay, saltillo, slate, cantera, natural stone, and brick. 800 is a new generation of color enhancer, formulated with PowerGuards proprietary alkyl modified epoxy resin. When applied properly, 800 can last up to 5 years. For best results: Use 800 sparingly, a little goes a long way. Apply one coat, and then buff dry with clean rag to reduce drying time. Buffing will also reduce any sheen due to over application. For large areas, we recommend a nylon floor buffer.

Nearly Invisible Breathable Low Odor Oil & Water Resistant

888 offers great early water and stain resistance. That means it will become impervious to reemulsification in a shorter time than other products in the market. Additionally, 888 is a joint stabilizer, making it ideal for interlocking pavers. Stabilize sand while sealing pavers in one step, saving time and money.

PENETRATING SEALER
For pavers, bricks, slate, concrete, stamped concrete, clay, saltillo, stone, stucco, masonry, and grout. 858 provides extreme water protection while maintaining the Unsealed Look. As a user friendly product, 858s anti-chalking formula keeps the surface looking prestine. Do not use 858 on marble or granite, it may etch the surface. Allow 24 hours for dramatic results.

SEMI GLOSS SEALER & JOINT STABILIZER

818 offers a Semi-Gloss finish with the same innovative technolgy as 888.
