Here i am going to discuss the most talked about Chief Minister Of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal the 45 year young Present Chief Minister of Delhi the capital if India,whos party successfully won unexpected 28 seats defeating his opponents in the Assembly elections held on the 4th Dec. 2013.
