Most ro osers will have to gather their own data to su"mit. :.% 7ro osers can "e ()* )ections, Divisions, Technical &ommittees, International &ha ter, other organi3ation, customers, su liers, or co-wor!ers of the nominee or have any other relationshi with the nominee. 7ro osers should not "e listed as ;references2. It is understood that the ro oser may need to elicit from the nominee some of the information re#uested on the nomination form. The ro oser resents the nomination to any )ection, Division, Technical &ommittee, or International &ha ter for their review and transmission to the Deming Medal &ommittee. <.% The nomination form must not e/ceed $6 single-sided ages in length .not including one age of references.% It is acce ta"le to have a cover letter as art of the nomination form.
