Support steps Concept : All application of PMG depend upon the following component and it valid for the All PMG
application . Application performance depends upon below component. Support person will check the below service in the same order so that he will able to fix the issue. 1. IIS (Internet information services): 2. SQL(SQL Server): 3.Services : 4.Lotus
1.IIS (Internet information services): Internet Information Services (IIS, formerly Internet Information
Server) is an extensible web server created by Microsoft for use with Windows NT family. IIS supports HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, FTPS, SMTP and NNTP. It has been an integral part of the Windows NT family since Windows NT 4.0, though it may be absent from some editions .IIS is not turned on by default when Windows is installed. The IIS Manager is accessed through the Microsoft Management Console or Administrative Tools in the Control Panel. All application is lies under the www root directory.

After restart IIS ,Support person should take feedback from PIC if PIC says application is working then skip below 2 steps .
2. SQL(SQL Server):
Step1:Go to the cluster server 192.168.146.32 with remote desktop login.

After restart SQL ,Support person should take feedback from PIC if PIC says application is working then skip below 3 steps . 3. Scheduler Services: Restart the marked service from 192.168.146.25

BLT application List:- 192.168.146.135 IIS
BLT application is lies on 135 server as per left side snap and start the application (BLT_NEW) for the performance issue
As per below snap ,One scheduler on 25 server which need to start when assigning is stopped.
