The topic is “FACTORS EFFECTING


CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL AT BIG BAZAAR” this
concept is to identify the factors which are affecting the
customer satisfaction level at big bazaar. And what are the
problems are facing by the customers in big bazaar
To find out the factors which are
effecting the customer satisfaction level at big bazaar we
have followed different steps and used various techniques
till now
Firstly we have collected necessary
information about retail business (i.e.) about big bazaar
and its importance in a present market. Now a days retail
sectors are became a top business in India. Big bazaar
contains every thing which customer required. But some of
the customers are not satisfied in big bazaar due to some
factors. so I want to find out the factors which are effecting
the customer satisfaction level of big bazaar.
I have used the research methodology
to find the factors which are effecting the customer
satisfaction level of big bazaar(.i.e.) survey methodology.
I have prepared the questioner and taken the feedback
from the customers’ have done the survey to take
customer feedback. I have covered around 5-kilomts
radius from ammerpet big bazaar I am doing surveys in
following areas
Yousufguda
Srinagar colony
Borabanda
Panjagutta
s.r nagar etc
After completion of survey I want to use the
sampling method (.i.e.) probability sampling.
Proposed methodology

We have used the research methodology


(.i.e) survey methodology.

Surveys methodology:-
A survey is a research technique, which is used
together information from a sample of respondents by
employing the questioner surveys are normally carried out
to obtain primary data

feedback from the customer by directly interacting
with them
