Ananta"ur shall con#er M.B.A $ost %raduate degree to candidates who are admitted to the Master o# Business Administration $rograms and #ul#ill all the re&uirements #or the award o# the degree. 1.0 ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSIONS Admission to the a'o e "rogramme shall 'e made su'(ect to the eligi'ilit!) &uali#ications and s"eciali*ation "rescri'ed '! the Uni ersit! #or each "rogramme) #rom time to time. 1.1. Admissions shall 'e made either on the 'asis o# merit ran+ o'tained '! the &uali#ied candidates at an ,ntrance Test conducted '! the Uni ersit! or on the 'asis o# -.,T score) su'(ect to reser ations "rescri'ed '! the Uni ersit! or %o ernment "olicies #rom time to time. 2.0 COURSE WOR! 2.1 A .andidate a#ter securing admission must "ursue the M.B.A course o# stud! #or /our 0emesters duration. 2.2 ,ach semester shall 'e o# 20 wee+s duration including all e1aminations. 2.2 A candidate admitted to a "rogramme should com"lete it within a "eriod e&ual to twice the "rescri'ed duration o# the "rogramme #rom the date o# admission. ".0 ATTENDANCE 2.3 A candidate shall 'e deemed to ha e eligi'ilit! to write end semester e1aminations i# he has "ut in at least 456 o# attendance on cumulati e 'asis o# all su'(ects7courses in the semester. 2.5 .ondonation o# shortage o# attendance u" to 106 i.e.) #rom 856 and a'o e and less than 456 ma! 'e gi en '! the college on the recommendation o# the $rinci"al. 2.8 .ondonation o# shortage o# attendance shall 'e granted onl! on genuine and alid reasons on re"resentation '! the candidate with su""orting e idence. 2.4 -# the candidate does not satis#! the attendance re&uirement) he is detained #or want o# attendance and shall reregister #or that semester. 9e 7 she shall not 'e "romoted to the ne1t semester. #.0 EVALUATION

The e aluation o# "ro(ect wor+ shall 'e conducted at the end o# the -< semester. The -nternal , aluation shall 'e made '! the de"artmental committee) on the 'asis o# two seminars gi en '! each student on the to"ic o# his "ro(ect. A candidate shall 'e deemed to ha e secured the minimum academic re&uirement in a su'(ect i# he secures a minimum o# 306 o# mar+s in the ,nd ,1amination and a minimum aggregate o# 506 o# the total mar+s in the ,nd 0emester ,1amination and -nternal , aluation ta+en together. -n case the candidate does not secure the minimum academic re&uirement in an! su'(ect;as s"eci#ied in 3.5= he has to rea""ear #or the 0emester ,1amination either su""lementar! or regular in that su'(ect) or re"eat the course when ne1t o##ered or do an! other s"eci#ied su'(ect as ma! 'e re&uired.
