    Your response suggests that I seek such certification from “District Chief Executive” Israel Hen. Such response appears unfounded. The Israeli law - Regulations of the Courts, Office of the Clerk (2004), Regulation 6a - authorizes the Chief Clerks of the courts to certify court records “True Copy of the Original”, but not the District Chief Executives. My repeat requests in this matter, addressed to the office of the Presiding Judge, followed numerous requests for certification of records, which were addressed to Mr Israel Hen in his presumed capacity as “Chief Clerk”. Mr Hen refused to answer on such requests, and also refused to provide a copy of his appointment record as “Chief Clerk”. Therefore, to the degree that you intended the certification of court records, “True Copy of the Original”, to be provided by Mr Israel Hen in his presumed capacity as “Chief Clerk”, I kindly request that you provide a copy of his lawful appointment record as “Chief Clerk” of the Haifa Magistrate Court. To the degree that you intended the certification of court records, “True Copy of the Original”, to be provided by Mr Israel Hen in his capacity as “District Chief Executive”, I kindly request that you provide the legal foundation for his authority to certify court records in such capacity.
