1 FINDINGS
The major outcomes of the study can be specified as follows: I. The professionals supervising the Human Resource Accounting ystem in !R" is skilled and trained. II. In !R"# Lev and Schwartz method is used for the valuation of Human Resources. III. A very small number of professionals are engaged in the field of Accounting which is within $% of the total man power. I&. There is a rising trend in the value of Human Resources in the last five years. &. !R" faces strong competition in the mar'et. &I. The ratio of profit (before ta)* to Human Resources is in a decreasing trend for the last five years. &II. The major benefit by implementing HRA system goes in the field of Training process as per the opinions of +,% of the respondents under study. &III. !R" is a youthful company as the ma)imum number of employees belongs to the age group of 30-40 years and the average age of the employees is -. years. I/. According to function wise# 00% of the total manpower is engaged in the field of Refining# 1peration 2 afety whereas only -% are engaged in HR department. /. The value of Human Resource to Total Assets is showing a rising trend. /I. 3evelopment of Human Resources in !R" is a continuous process and gets the top priority to meet new challenges /II. 1ut of the total number of employees# 45.-6% belongs to the cheduled 7astes and 44.0-% of the total employees belong to cheduled Tribes.

5.2Suggestions & Recommendations:


1n the basis of the analysis certain suggestion are re8uired to ma'e for the future course of action. o I suggest some suggestions which will help in the long run in improving the companys overall growth and services in future. 4* As there are less than $% of the total manpower are engaged in Accounting field# attention should be drawn to increase the manpower in Accounting for smooth running of the company. 9* There is only -% manpower in HR 3epartment so# immediate action should be ta'en so as to increase the manpower in this 3epartment. -* There are still some :mployees present in this company who are ;ns'illed 2 untrained. Therefore proper training should be given to those employees for the better management of the company. +* As the ratio of <rofit before ta) to Human Resource is in decreasing trend so =anagement should pay attention to remain in the competition with different companies. $* The ratio of &alue added to Human Resource is also showing a decreasing trend so> the management should pay immediate attention towards it. ,* The value of Human Resource is showing an rising trend so the management shouldnt let that turn to a decreasing trend. 0* ome of the employees present in !R" are not aware of HRA# so management should ta'e necessary measures to give them the 'nowledge about Human Resource Accounting.

5.3 CONC !SION


The result of my studies and surveys conducted# revealed that all the objectives of the project have been fulfilled. The analysis of the data collected has shown that the overall utili?ation of the Human Resources in !R" is satisfactory during the study period. After studying the Human Resource Accounting in !R" and by seeing the last five years performance and records it revealed that Refinery has sufficient number of 8ualified and s'illed 2 trained officials for which they have a good wor'ing status. The study has its own importance in its own way. @ith the help of this study one can 'now the e)istence and survival and success of !R" and related to the topic i.e. AHuman Resource AccountingB of !R" one can clearly understand that !R" possess a good wor'ing force. The value of Human Assets who are committed to achieve e)cellence in all fronts is being recogni?ed by !R". The value of the Human Resource is showing an rising trend for the last five years and the management should try their level best to 'eep it going. !R" still have some uns'illed and untrained employees# so they should give proper 'nowledge and training to those employees. 1n the whole it can be said that !umaligarh Refinery "imited is maintaining a good human resource accounting system.
