Beginnings

Our business began in 1999, specializing in selling genuine software products. Through us, our clients have been able to obtain substantial cost savings by getting the right software licenses to match their needs. Our business model is showcased in the text book Business Strategy in Asia, the Case Book (Second Edition), Heracleous et al, 2003. In the past decade, weve also won numerous awards from IT powerhouses Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe, and Autodesk.

Even though we continue to be sought after by small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations for our software licensing expertise, we expanded our portfolio of offerings to include IT services, support, and computer hardware and peripherals in 2005.

Benefits We Provide Our company is able to recommend and set up a suitable network (either peer-topeer or client/server network using Windows Server) for our customer depending on the number of users and its requirements. An appropriate network would resolve file sharing and user access rights issues. Our services are backed by a 30+30-Day Service Warranty. Irregularities detected within 30 days of our system implementation would be resolved at no additional charge. After the issues are addressed, wed extend the warranty for another 30 days so that we could be absolutely sure the same irregularities dont occur again. We look at various aspects of endpoint and network security to close security loopholes. Our team is capable of setting up FortiGate unified threat management (UTM) appliances to counter external security threats. Using the right UTM appliance, were able to create virtual private networks (VPN) for our customers so that their staff can access the company server securely. Wed introduce companies to cloud services like Microsoft Office 365 that could help their sales team engage their faraway customers more frequently, at a lower cost. Our team is capable of setting up an effective backup and recovery system using Symantec Backup Exec. Wed also be able to monitor if the backups are running properly.
