Rocking Heart Ranch is pleased to announce its second annual Colt Starting Challenge and Sale. This event is happening on: August 16th, 2014 Taber Agri-plex - Taber, Alberta 9am-9pm

LAST YEARS EVENT WAS A HUGE SUCCESS FOR THE INDUSTRY AND INCLUDED:

Approximately 500 people cycled through the Taber Agri-plex to take in the event, talk with vendors, and attend the sale. Thirty 4-H youth members attended and mock judged the event. Two members won major prizes for their efforts; A young yearling gelding, and a new pleasure saddle. Six vendors also took part in a Western Style trade fair which offered people everything from horse trailers and tack to specialized ladies western wear. Our goal is to build on the momentum and excitement generated last year and are looking for your support to make this a truly remarkable event for everyone.

This document is aimed at providing you with information on how you can not only contribute to this event but the benefits of being a sponsor, vendor, or catalogue advertiser. On the next page we describe the various packages and opportunities that are available. Vendor Packages
Inside Foyer: 1010.$200.00 (6 spots total) Outdoor space: 3060.$100.00 (4 spots total)

Additional Requirements
Limited power is available outside and will be allotted on a first come first served basis. Overloading the external circuits may happen if too many vendors require power. Bring your own extension chords. A table and two chairs will be supplied. Wireless internet is available inside. Set up times: Friday August 15th 2p.m.-7 p.m. Tear Down times: Saturday August 16th 9-11pm Sunday August 17th 8 a.m. noon

Sponsor Opportunities
4H Saddle
This is a brand new pleasure saddle stenciled with your company name on it. A full page ad in our catalog, a banner spot in our sale ring, and a vendor spot is included in this sponsorship plus the ability to co-present to the winner and a picture with the winner.$1200.00

Title Sponsor
This sponsor will support the showmanship portion which is deemed the most exciting part of the challenge. Trainers each get 5 minutes to demonstrate any additional training that they have put on their horse. A 1/2 page ad in our catalog, a banner spot in our sale ring, and a vendor spot is included in this price. The sponsor will copresent the winner with their prize$1000.00

Trainers Area
Be right in the thick of it all. This sponsorship includes a premium vendor spot right next to the event horses and their trainers and includes a 1/2 page ad in our catalog.$1000.00

4H Lunch
Buy all fifty 4-H participants their lunch. This includes a 1/2 page ad in our 8.511 color catalog, company name and logo on the coupon, and a picture with all of the trainers$600.00

Trainer Lunch
All 10 trainers will be eating during the competition, go ahead feed the future Canadian star trainers...$150.00

Ring Sponsor
Our sale ring has space for your company banner. Banners can be a maximum 4 long and 4 high. There is a total of 4 banner spots available$300.00 Note: All sponsors will be listed in alphabetical order in our catalog.
