This chapter describes the document distribution methods to the customers and provides information regarding customer feedback. Document Distribution Product manuals are distributed to the customers in the following ways: Printed manuals are shipped along with the equipment. Manuals in PDF format on CDs are shipped along with the equipment. Manuals in word format are available on the ZTEs technical support website, http://support.zte.com.cn Follow these steps to download electronic product manuals from the ZTE technical support website: i. Log on to http://support.zte.com.cn and click English to go to the English version homepage. ii. In the Sign In field, input your username and password and click Sign In. For first time registration on the server, click on Register and input related information by following the on-screen instructions. A ZTE engineer completes the registration process after confirmation and the customer is sent a username and password for logging on to the website. iii. Click on Documentation on the main menu, and then expand the navigation bar on the left as Product Manual GSM-BSS ZXG10-BSC ZXG10-BSS Click on the desired document link.
