Analyze:
Call Dropped is served by
SLT067MD1_DMT_KudaySelatanMD3 with
Fair RxLevSubdBm and poor RxQual.
This cell was served on side lobe in bad
spot area. After investigation, We found
that theres suspect co-channel
interference between
SLT067MD1_DMT_KudaySelatanMD3 and
STOSNGLIATMDC3 have same BCCH
(600) which is impacted to bad Qual/Call
Dropped.
These bad spot area is in LAC border. It
found LAC island or mushroom LAC in
each sites. Based on CFGMML, CRH for
SLT067MD1_DMT_KudaySelatanMD3 is
14dB (It means, cell will keep camping
on, difficult to cell reselection), we can
reduce the value of CRH from 14dB to
6dB
Action:
Retune immediately for
SLT067MD1_DMT_KudaySelatanMD3 to
solving bad spot or just waiting Refarming
(included GFR) activity.

Beside that, Bad spot area is in LAC
Border, which is probably hard handover
issue.

Add cell colo DCS for

make smooth handover and avoid to
