AUTUMN LEAVES

CHARACTERS : Protagonists: Hero: Jude Wesley A young farmer who lives in countryside, Caterburry Region, South Island New Zealand with his father who owns dairy farm named Lindsay Farm. A New Zealander.Its name was taken after his late wife Lindsay Burns. A New Zealander. Well-built man with 6 packs, ocean-blue eyes, muscular body, red lips (non-smoker) and caramel hair colour. Very humble, gentleman, friendly and quite cheeky sometimes. 27 years old. Heroin: Scarlett Crawford A journalist, traveller and Nature lover. Half-Canadian, half-French. Lost her father since 10 years old, due to self-suicide. Her father oil company in Ontario, Canada had faced bankruptcy. Unable to pay debt. Left her mom, herself and a younger sister behind. Have to move to countryside, Bonnyville, a small and rural town in Canada, where her mother has to work as a fruit-picker at Orsmans Orchard. Shes an independent woman, yet a lovely and beautiful woman. Own green eyes, fair skin, pinky lips and brown hairs. Quite shy to men, but shes an easy-going woman. 24 years old.

Antagonists: Rebecca Dawson (Scarletts cousin) A wild girl and spoilt-brad. Has blond hairs, tanned-skin and nice lips. Half-Canadian, halfMexican. Sexy chick. Arrogant and love fashion. Leads a different lifestyle than Scarlett. Same age as Scarlett. Living in California, USA in luxurious condominium with her so-called a happy family. Just on surface. As the story develops, she falls in love with a country gu y, Jude, but at the same time, Jude begins to feel he was attracted to Scarlett, adore her from the distance.

Jackson Hardy (Judes step brother) A freelance photographer, Nature lover and love travelling. Half-New Zealander, halfAustralian. Hot-toffee hairs colour, light-hazel eyes, well-built man. Most women probably will fall on him easily because of his good-looking and warm characters. Lives in Brooklyn, Wellington, North Island, New Zealand. Has a stable job in Wellington and working part-time at Brunett Cafes as barista during weekend. As the story develops, he has a secret feeling towards Scarlett since the first time he saw her. (Will describe more in the plot section).

Supporting characters: Kevin Spacey (Judes father) 54 years old, well-built man. Own a dairy farm in Canterburry. A lovely and caring father.Lost his wife 20 years ago and got married with Mary Lucas,a single mother with a son when Jude was 15 years old. Now, the couple manage the farm together. Helen Moore (Scarletts mother) 53 years old lovely and kind-hearted woman. Had undergone turbulent since her husband commited suicide. Had to raise her two lovely daughters on her own. Strong willing and hardworking worker. Loving and caring mom. Julianne Crawford (Scarletts younger sister) 18 years old girl. High-school girl. Working part-time as a waitress at a small cafes close to Orsmans Orchard. Really diligent, friendly and happy go lucky girl. But, deep inside her heart, she is longing for fathers love and searching for a pure love for herself. Quite imaginative and love drawing.

SETTINGS: Places: Ontario, Canada- Scarlett lives happily with her perfect family before the tragedy enters her life (her father companys bankruptcy and suicide). Bonnyville, a rural town in Canada- small town where Scarlett , her mom and younger sister had to settle down after the tragedy happened. Orsmans Orchard- Scarletts mother workplace. Caterburry Region, New Zealand- Judes dairy farm, a place where he had raised up by his father and step-mother.

California, USA- Rebeccas living place. Wellington,New Zealand- the place where Jackson had settled down and working as a freelance photographer. Queenstown, Wanaka, Franz Josef Glacier, Arthur Pass, Chrischurch- places where the pure love starts to bloom between Jude and Scarlett as they are travelling together- it was unplanned at the first place actually. Most of this story will evolve around these places.

Time: March until May- take place during the autumn season in New Zealand.

PLOT 1) Exposition -Start with Scarletts monologue or thought about love. Or maybe with a few lines of love poem. She got a letter from her manager, asking her to make a report about landscape issue in New Zealand for tourism purpose. -flashback on his fathers company bankruptcy and suicide. How her family manage to live after tragedy.

2) Rising action -Scarletts journey to travel in New Zealand begins . unexpected meeting with Jude at the train station in Christchurch. Jude also travelling at the same time.. -for their first unexpected meeting- both of them have same notebooks, coincidently changed (you have to make a scene for them, lol) - (you should try to bring out Jackson and Rebecca characters too here. Think any scene for them).

3) Climax

-Rebecca fell in love with Jude. Jude fell in love with Scarlett. Scarlett fell in love with Jude. Jackson fell in love in Scarlett. And Julianne has a feeling toward Jude and Jackson.(try to develop it, lol)

4) Falling action -conflicts between those 5 characters who were stuck in love curse and complicated feeling. (think of parents action to solve their children love complicated feeling.up to you.)

5) Resolution Back on track. Jude with Scarlett and Rebecca with Jackson. (make a sweet ending for them.if you prefer tragic ending, it is more exciting!lol)

Development: -love relationship between Jude and Scarlett. -warm feeling between Rebecca and Jackson. How a wild chick fall in love with a freelance photographer. -how Julianne manages her feeling towards both siblings (Jude & Jackson). She even tries to date and flirt with both of them. She looked innocent from outside, but who knows what is inside her heart n mind.
