In the current society, it is true that university education is beneficial to students success in their careers. It can provide students with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills needed for their professional development. Universities are evolving to meet their students changing needs and expectations, but I think that some qualities for success still cannot be learned from schooling. People accept what kind of parenting is also very important. In my personal life, I not only get schooling which affects my life, but also the parenting plays a significant role in my life. My parents take great pains over my education. The parenting brings me to enhance my ethnography and help my reader understand the complex ways. Parents are the first teachers of children because they teach their child how to speak language, write words and thinking. Their behavior and language influence every aspect of the child. After all, parents are two different humans. Even if they have same education policy, their ways of education arent exactly same. They will differ in the details of education. For example, my parents they were busy with their work, but they still tried to take me to a variety of interesting places. Based on different hobbies and job of my parents, they took me to go different places. Sometimes my father took me to an automobile exhibition. Because my father did some business about car he wanted me to gain some knowledge about vehicle. In my memory, I like vehicle exhibition because I could get some mini toy car from the place. divided into many parts. Ordinary people went to part of automobile exhibition that displayed some completer new cars. It is worth mentioning that my father has taken me to go some places where showed the components of a car such as radiator, radiator fan, motor, tire and so on. Each company of stall displayed their main products. If some people had some question about their products, Professional interpreters would solve their questions in each stall. My father wished that I can understand and remember structure of a car through participate in this type of activity.

Beijing is the center of economy, politics, and culture. It locates in the northeastern part of China. It is hot in summer, but cold and dry in winter. It usually snows in winter. There are many tourist attractions in Beijing, such as Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace, and The Great Wall and so on. Before I only saw these tourist attractions in the book and movies. My mother fulfilled my wish when I was 8 years-old.

There are many stories in the capital of each country. So I want to visit our capital Beijing when I was a child. My mother wishes I could gain some knowledge about my country. For example, I spend a whole day to visit The Palace Museum which is the imperial palace of ancient Chinese emperors. Many ancient utensils, weapons and arms, robes, crowns, or coins, books and farm tools as well as recently unearthed relics were exhibited. Each dynasty was presented in a separated room along with written and pictorial descriptions. This is a good way to know our national history and spread and inherit our national culture. It is easy to remember a part of history because I could look some material objects which about this part of history. When I study in the school, I could quickly remember some points of knowledge about history of my country because the history museum helps me to have a certain understanding of history.

Tiananmen Square is one of the famous city gates of the Imperial Palace. Through this huge door into the inside this is the most exciting thing for me. My mother told me that our first generation of persistent pictures was hung on the wall for many years. His name is Mao Zedong who is the pioneer and founder of the lofty cause of Chinese socialistic modernization. In addition, the Monument to the People's Heroes stands like a giant on Tiananmen Square. Our country would be dogged by bad luck from the beginning of last century. Many soldiers died in the war so my country made the Peoples Heroes Monument in order to commemorate the martyrs of revolutionary struggle during the 19th and 20th centuries. In this pillar carved some famous battle which I needed to learn about their history in the upcoming primary school. These wars mostly occurred in the period of Second World War. China resisted the Japanese invasion to pay the huge price. My mother told me history of my country and wish I could bear in my mind because she tried to make me understand that current peaceful life is the first people with blood

and sweat to win over. We should cherish the peace life.

They want me to have rich experience which will help me to quickly adjust the strange environment in the future. When I was going to America in my first time, my daddy told me that This time it's your turn to go new places and then took us to there. Because my father decided to go car exhibition in the Las Vegas in the same year he wished I could understand and adjust American environment earlier than him. In my father s word, I'm his scout. Although my father tried to cultivate our adaptability, I still couldnt adapt to new environment quickly. When I came to USA live in the campus first time, I did some stupid thing in my apartment. The smoke alarm is my most unforgettable thing for me. When I lived in the campus, many rooms equipped with smoke alarm. However, this stuff is not popular in my country. Even if I saw this in some hotels, these devices are not particularly sensitive. One day, I decided to practice my cooking skills, but I didnt have many experiences about cooking. After thinking, I was going to roasted sweet potatoes for dinner. Unfortunately, I burned out my sweet potatoes because of my wrong operation. What happens next is beat all things, the smoking triggered the alarm, and then the alarm called the fire brigade. After a few minutes, there are a lot of fire engines in my dormitory-downstairs. This situation made me very nervous; I don't

know how to handle the situation. Finally, I used my poor English explain what happened in my room. They forgave me because I did this mistake first time. This smoke alarm taught me a lesson. I needed to observe things carefully in the new environment because it is very important to know their character and what are matters needing attention. The smoke alarm also once let my roommate crazy. One day, I heard my roommate's room is playing very loud music. This didn't bother me, but I knew he was not a person like playing the music. So I went to his bedroom asked him, and the answer made me dumbfounding. In the morning, his rooms smoke alarm started to ring, and he couldnt bear voice. So he decided to play the music in order covered the voice.

time, she would read this book to me. I was interesting in story from animals because of the influence of Disney Mickey Mouse cartoons. Aesop's fables illustrate moral maxims to me and told me what is wrong and what is right. Because it utilizes simple story to narrate major principle, I cant totally understand these stories. I just think these stories are very interesting, but I gradually understand the meaning of the story with increasing age. What is worth mention is that The Boy Who Cried Wolf is a story which influences me profoundly. It talks about that there is a naughty boy in a village. He likes telling lies. One day he wants to make fun of the farmers. So he shouts, Wolf! Wolf! Wolf is coming! The kind farmers are working in the field. They hear the shout, and hurry to help the boy. But when get there, the boy says: There isnt a wolf. Im joking. The farmers are angry and go back to their field. After a while the boy shouts again, Wolf! Wolf! Wolf is coming! And the farmers come and are cheated again. Later a wolf really comes. The boy is very scared. Wolf! Wolf! Wolf is coming! This time nobody believes him. And wolf eats the naughty boy. According to this story, I told myself to be honest. Moreover, sometimes my parents talk about social question with me. Therefore, they want me to enter society as soon as possible when I was a child. They give me education to build world outlook and values. They want to tell what money is and how it works. For example, they told me a story that if you have 5 pieces of candy which values of 50 dollars. How do you use them to earn 100 dollars? Then they told me that you can put them into water to make candy water and sold them, but this is not only answer. They want me to think about and find my own way.

According to different parents, every child gets many kinds of toys. My mother bought some toy cars to play with me, but these toys were special. There were a lot of car parts separately in the box, and I needed to assemble them. My mother wanted to culture my operating capacity and staidness of disposition. To frank with you, I didnt like this kind of toy in the beginning. I couldnt understand the instruction so I felt very upset in the process. However, when I completed to assemble my first toy car, I felt a great sense of achievement through comparing small disperse parts and after the completion of the complete vehicle. The feeling of success made the boring process become interesting. In conclusion, although university education can provide students with the knowledge that brings advantages to their future professional growth, positive personality traits and good working habits are best developed through parenting because children's temperament and attitude are affected by their parents. It seems that truly successful people tend to possess qualities such as enthusiasm about their jobs, creativity, and excellent multitasking skills, which keep them self-motivated, innovative and organized no matter how challenging their work is or how busy their schedules are. I believe that these characteristics are best developed through life experience, parenting, community and the workplace.
