Hingham 3-month unit sales are up 29.4% to 44. 3-month median price in March was $536,700. This is down 10.6% from $600,000 in March of 2013. Inventory is down by 16.1%. Other Towns In Plymouth County Months of supply in Scituate in March was 6.3. This is up 26.8% from 4.9 in March of 2013. Median price in Halifax is up by 81.2%. Months of supply in Marsheld is up 24.2% to 6.2.
