Adult Team Registration & Application

Who: You! We need helpful, enthusiastic adults and college aged people to help.
What: Luke 18 is an awesome, fun-filled, faith-building retreat just for eighth graders! It
is sponsored by Assumption Youth Ministry, and it is guaranteed to be both a fun and
spiritual experience where 8th graders will grow closer to their peers, learn what it
means to be truly Catholic, and have a great time in the process! You put on the retreat
for the 8th graders because they look up to you and you know what they like best!
When: The retreat is scheduled for Friday-Sunday, March 19-21, 2009. The team begins
set-up at 5pm on Friday. YASTs are allowed to come and go as needed on the weekend
and are not required but strongly encouraged to attend the meetings, but everyone else
must be present the entire weekend.
Where: Assumption School, 203 W. Third St. O’Fallon, MO
Why: Because it is a totally amazing, life-changing weekend!
Expectations: All team members expect YASTs must:
- attend every meeting leading up to the retreat - Sundays February 14,
21, 28 and March 7 1:30 p. m. – 3:30 p. m. and the March 13-14, 10 p. m. -7 a. m.
overnight (YASTs are needed at this meeting if at all possible)
- attend the entire weekend, start to finish.
- be respectful, confidential and willing to work hard during the planning
meetings and the retreat.

We understand that many people want to help but may not be able to commit to being team
members because of their many responsibilities. We want to help you be a part of this. If you
are unable to meet team expectations due to scheduling conflicts with the meetings or the
weekend, please specify and we will discuss how you might be able to help with the Luke 18
Retreat.
