An Elizabeth man could face 20 years in prison. A grand jury returned an indictment on Tuesday against
Odalis Narcisse, 21, of Elizabeth, and DeWitt Gilmore, 23, of Fayetteville, N.C., charging each with
conspiracy, three counts of robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, and eight weapons offenses. The
confronted man refused the robbers and was shortly stabbed afterward. The 2 robbers left shortly
following the confrontation. Two days later, Spivey said, the pair confronted a man on Amsterdam
Avenue in Roselle, took his cell phone and cash and fled.

A 4-year-old girl from Newark has passed away. The babysitter has been arrested after leaving the child,
along with three other children home alone. An autopsy will be performed to determine how the girl
died, officials said. Neighbors said the young girl was reaching for a toy underneath a bed when it fell on
her. The other children were not harmed, according to Katherine Carter, a spokeswoman for the
prosecutor's office.

An 88 year old George man had been decapitated, but his 87 year old wife is nowhere to be found.
Russell Dermond's death and Shirley Dermond's disappearance are mysteries detectives are trying to
unravel. Investigators are treating her disappearance as abduction. Clues are not leaning toward her
being a suspect in the case, and finding her safely is the number one priority. The FBI also is assisting and
saying only that it "is providing limited support based on the needs and requests from Putnam County
authorities," according to Stephen Emmett, spokesman for the FBI's Atlanta office.

Footage has surfaced of a woman being hit by a police car. The surveillance camera shows the cop
running a stop sign, hitting the car, and then arresting a sober victim. The accident occurred earlier last
year, but the surfacing footage is proving justice can be served late, as 25 year old Tanya Weyker is
being shown just that. She has been stripped of her drunken driving charge, and the case is seeing
further investigation.

China is considering to building a highspeed railway to the United States. The project nicknamed the
"China-Russia plus America line" would run for 13,000km, about 3,000km further than the Trans-
Siberian Railway. The entire trip would take two days, with the train travelling at an average of 350km/h
(220mph). The line would begin in the north east China and run up through Siberia, pass through a
tunnel underneath the Pacific Ocean then makes its way through Alaska and Canada, ro reach the main
United States land.

The UK has deployed a destroyer to track Russian aircraft carrier. The Ministry of Defence said the
decision to dispatch HMS Dragon, one of Britain's newest and most sophisticated ships, to track the
Russian naval force was routine and that the Russians had notified it of their transit plans in advance.
The strained diplomatic relations between the nations will only lead to rising tensions, as well.

Mutant Ninja Turtles and Spiderman being rolled out as of recent, this should not come as a complete
surprise. The production will be ran by Lionsgate, and that is all we know as of this moment.
