RE : Adjustments on the XU-CSG Associate Department Secretary Appointees

Upon the issuance of Memorandum 004-1415 last 4 April 2014, Xyra Mae M Bugahod was appointed as
associate department secretary for communications management. With her recent appointment as head
of the Events Committee in the School of Business and Management Student Council (SBMSC), Ms
Bugahod expressed her decision to resign from her post in the Central Student Government.

Some adjustments in the Executive Cabinet have to be made so that the vacated position will be filled in.
The changes are as follows:

Associate Secretary, Department of Communications Management
Jerika B Fusilero
Associate Secretary, Department of Internal Administration
Mael Jashyn G Alvarez

I express my gratitude to Ms Bugahod for taking simple steps of improving the communications and
marketing schemes of the student government even for a short while. I thank Ms Fusilero for accepting
her new designation. As the new associate secretary of the Department of Internal Administration, I
would also like to thank Mr Alvarez for taking the challenge of handling internal organizational affairs
that involve office management, supplies management and human resource management.
