Accelerator for reinforced concrete and cement mortar CHARACTERISTICS chloride-free powder form accelerates setting Tested at the German Institute of Construction Engineering, Berlin Test certificate no. Z-PA VII-5a/104 SCOPE OF USE For cement mortar, concrete and reinforced concrete. In building construction and civil engineering. For indoor, outdoor and underwater work. For urgent, rapid repair work. Not suitable for fair-faced concrete or external renderings. APPLICATION Sprinkle an appropriate quantity of CC 94 directly onto the mixture in the mortar bucket or mixer and mix thoroughly again. Before using CC 94 as a concrete additive, it is necessary to carry out a suitability test acc. to DIN 1045. PLEASE NOTE Use CC 94 only at temperatures of -10 C to +25 C. All data given was obtained at a temperature of +23 C and 50 % relative air humidity, using a Portland cement of strength class 32.5 R. If other standard cements are used, allowance must be made for the changed technical data. C E R E S I T C _ C C 9 4 _ T M _ 1 1 _ 0 7 0 4 1 The higher CC 94 is dosed and the higher the cement factor in the concrete or mortar, the faster the concrete or mortar will begin to set and harden. Protect skin and eyes when using CC 94 and cement-containing materials. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of contact with the eyes obtain medical advice. Please refer in particular to DIN 1045.
