Executive Board
President
The President ensures the clubs purpose is met and is in charge of planning,
organizing, and carrying out responsibilities for the club. He or she presides
over meetings and events, leads the club in well-rounded activities,
encourages members, keeps the officers on task, and oversees the growth
and development of the members and the organization as a whole.
Vice President
The Vice President addresses our on and off campus affairs and represents
the club at workshops, and events. The Vice President fills in when president
is unavailable.

Handles performance requests (separate from project
performances) both on and off campus.

Oversees our community projects: Millers Childrens Hospital
(Once a month), etc.
Secretary
The secretary is accountable for managing the affairs of the club. For
example, the secretary oversees all of the paperwork, writes up the
announcements and minutes, organizes where our performances are going
to be held, keeps track of our members, as well as helps administer the club
with rest of the officers.
Treasurer
The treasurer is in charge of the clubs finances. This means that the
treasurer manages the revenue we earn from events, budgets the costs of
events, holds the money for the club, in charge of reimbursement, and
always keeps track of our funds.
Committee Chairs
Creative Committee
The creative committee is in charge of marketing our club. They are in
charge of our advertisements, such as creating flyers, posters, and anything
other visual media that promotes our club. They also help create the tone of
our events by setting up the scheme and decorations, making our club seem
energetic, inviting, and fun.
Public Relations
PR tries to promote our club, invite new members to join, and garner support
for our cause. This involves interacting with people, conducting ice breakers
for our meetings, and making them engage with and be excited about our
club and our mission.
Production Committee
The chair is in charge of all of the branches of production, including
historians and webmasters. The production crew promotes the club via video
and sound productions. He or she is in charge of making video blogs after
each performance and event. Production chair also manages the youtube
account.
Historian (2-3)
The historian is in charge of documenting our events, specifically through
photographing and videotaping our events. The historian helps the club
connects with its supporters, as R&B uses our photos to share our purpose
with the public.
Webmasters (2-3)
The webmaster is in charge of managing our social media sites. This
includes updating our Facebook and other accounts that let our supporter
know the most up to date information.
