Road is very vital for transportation which connect between rural area with others.

)herefore bud%et allocation in autono'y era can be allocated by local authority
itself. Road surely needs re%ular 'aintenance and fundin% fro' local authority.
)his research have %oal to 'a!e fundin% plannin% for road 'aintenance in (apua
with analitical 'ethod be%ins with *R* calculation and plannin% or road 'aintenance
with +onte ,arlo -i'ulation. Road 'aintenance will be focused in routine and
re%ular. .ith two approach above# we have found fundin% needed for 2&&/ is Rp.
2&0#1/9#$2$#&&&#2 analitical" and Rp. 2&/#2/1#39$#140#2 +onte ,arlo si'ulation".
)he results is based on 1&&5 fundin% fro' total bud%et allocation for road
'aintenance.

close enou%h with analitical calculation. )he result will be 'ore accurate if the
proportion of routine dan re%ular 'aintenance is balanced. +onte ,arlo -i'ulation
sotware %ive us value out put to very fast for prodectin% routine and re%uler
'aintanainces roads in (rovince (apua# especially for routine and re%ular
'aintanainces. 6ut it have to supported by the result survey condition of road with
representatif.
