widespread presence of street food. It contains nutritious, inexpensive and ready-to-eat
food to serve millions of customers. Customers always look forward varieties of items
and test in street foods. o our team desires to serve the customers with mouth - watering
food items of puffed rice that will be free from all type of contamination or chemicals to
carry out their demand.
Commercial puffed rice is produced through steam extrusion using urea that destroys its
nutritional value. !owever, the informal nature of the industry sometimes allows for poor
hygiene standards. treet vendors often use poor "uality of stored water, non-permitted
colors, repeatedly used oils, heavy metals which are some of the potential ha#ardous
source of nutrition. $ven main ingredients %flour, rice, puffed rice, meat, fish, vegetables,
egg etc.& used in street foods are often not healthy as well.
'o overcome these unhygienic, our main concern is to offer different puffed rice food
items which will be fortified %the practice of adding essential vitamins and minerals to
foods to improve their nutritional content& with micronutrients to increase their nutritional
"uality. (e will ensure to use urea free puffed rice, safe water, and other fortified foods
include staple products such as salt, sugar, milk, vegetable oil etc. (e will make sure
these will manufactured to the highest standards of "uality. )ifferent puffed rice food
items will be prepared from high grade rice through polishing in a speciali#ed condition
to enhance the taste.
(e will also ensure to prepare food at kitchen not in the open place so that we will be
able to deliver the nutrient%s& to our target customers effectively, uniformly, safely, and at
