WHEN ORDERING These color swatches are meant as representations of the transparent and opaque
colors that make up each colorway offered.
Striped lamps: specify a color combination for the striped beads and a color from the same
combination for the solid beads.
Solid-color lamps: specify the solid colors, from one of our color combinations, top to bottom.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are confirmed by a Tracy Glover Studio sales order confirmation. Tracy Glover
Studio manufactures, delivers, and invoices orders based on the information on the sales

CLAIMS
All merchandise is packed to comply with carrier requirements. Tracy Glover Studio is not MALBEC COLOR COMBINATION WHITE STRIPE
responsible for damage to goods which occurs in transit or in storage. It is the purchaser's
responsibility to examine goods upon receipt.
Any claims against Tracy Glover Studio for defects, errors, or shortages must be made by
the purchaser in writing within 5 days after delivery. Failure by the purchaser to make any
claim against Tracy Glover Studio within 5 days will constitute acceptance of the goods
and a waiver of any defects, errors, or shortages. Berry Grey Olive White
RETURNS
No return of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructions
from Tracy Glover Studio. This applies to returns of non-defective merchandise. Returns NEWPORT COLOR COMBINATION
of non-defective goods, when approved, will be subjected to a 30% restocking charge
and must be in new resalable condition. Returns of defective goods are regulated by
Tracy Glover Studio policy and must follow Tracy Glover Studio procedure.
WARRANTIES
Tracy Glover Studio warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During this warranty Steel Blue Tourmaline Olive
period, Tracy Glover Studio will repair or replace at its option, free of charge, products
that are proven to be defective.
