Rakennusliike Timo Nyyssl Oy (Corporate Building Company Timo Nyyssl)
is independent company, founded 1994 in htri by Timo Nyyssl, director and
civil engineer. The main office of the company is located in the centre of htri and
the second agency is in the city of Vantaa in South Finland.

Our customers are public sector and municipalities, real estate customers and
other companies. Field of actions is in 2010 South Ostrobothnia in Western
Finland, Central Finland and the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Sales of
Rakennusliike Timo Nyyssl Oy exceeded over 8 million euros in 2009 and
personnel are 50 person. In hotel business htri has experience of tourism over
40 years.

Our mission is in construct services of house building and real estate to the
selected segments of clients. The branch of our Company is divided in to three
categories. We have own house construction, building contractor and repair and
up keeping services.

In Albania we are looking for either to buy unfinished hotel buildings or new plot of
land. We are ready to build up hotel and we would like to find partner to operate
with us in the hotel business. Our priority is bring know how of building technology
and hotel services to Albania with criteria of Scandinavian and Finnish quality. We
have strong trust and interest in to open opportunities to noticeable proliferation of
large business of tourism and hotels in Albania during next ten years.
