Role
'e are loo+ing to recruit ,unior! mid level and senior e-perienced transactional lawyers& 'e are loo+ing
(or individuals who are +een to e-pand and complement their e-isting s+ills and e-perience *y wor+ing on
a range o( structured (unding! li)uidity! capital and ar*itrage0driven transactions! which use structure
(inance and1or derivatives technology&
Previous derivatives or structured (inance e-perience would *e desira*le *ut is not a pre0re)uisite 0 more
important is the a*ility to *e creative and demonstrate strong legal! analytical and transaction e-ecution
s+ills&
