Established the internet-based training for the entire corporation of 8000 employees in U.S,
Canada, and Scotland, resulting in the reduction by $600,000 of annual training costs.
Reduced the Safety Meeting and Safety Training costs by 85%. Safety Meetings were
conducted and documented by the immediate supervisor, at all levels, at least monthly, with
base information from the Safety Manager.
Safety Training costs were reduced as a result of a Safety Evaluation conducted with each
