Page 2 of 3 OVERVIEW This proposal is submitted in response to a request from Project Management Dimensions for the colocation of training services on British Council premises. The proposal will outline the responsibilities of each entity and a financial breakdown outlining the costs involved. FACILITIES Project Management Dimensions will have the use of one 16-seater classroom from 08.30-2.30 from 1 st August to 31 st
December 2014, seven days per week. The classroom will be maintained by the British Council. Project Management Dimensions will be responsible for ensuring that classrooms are left in the same state as they are found. MARKETING The British Council will partner with Project Management Dimensions on the design, printing and procurement of marketing material. Project Management Dimensions will bear 100% of this cost. CUSTOMER JOURNEY All enquiries received at the British Council will be forwarded to Project Management Dimensions for follow up. A customer journey should follow the following format: 1. Customer enquiry at the British Council 2. Customer provided with hard copy of marketing material and provided with a Project Management Dimensions point of contact as well as sharing their details with the British Council. 3. Project Management Dimensions will call or email the client with a registration form. 4. Customer to complete and return to Project Management Dimensions. 5. Project Management Dimensions will issue an invoice for payment. 6. Customer makes payment and receives confirmation of their course reservation. 7. Customer attends course and provides the British Council and Project Management Dimensions with feedback on the service and training. 8. Customer is added to the British Council database and will receive a monthly newsletter from our English team. Page 3 of 3
COURSE MATERIAL AND ICT The British Council will procure one class set of 20 books for the programme. Project Management Dimensions will bear 100% of this cost. The British Council will provide Project Management Dimensions with a notebook and pen for each student. Project Management Dimensions will bear 100% of this cost. Project Management Dimensions will be responsible for the provision of all ICT required for the training. You will have access to our internal wifi at no cost if necessary. TRAINING PLAN AND COST Project Management Dimensions will plan and deliver courses in line with the following guidelines: 40 hour courses delivered over eight days at a cost of 5,000SDG per participant per course. A maximum of 20 participants per course A minimum of 10 courses delivered between August 2014 and December 2014 British Council staff will attend these courses without cost. Project Management Dimensions will attend British Council Professional Development Unit courses without cost. Project Management Dimensions will provide the British Council with a class list for each course prior to the start of the course. The British Council will invoice Project Management Dimensions for 20% of each participants course fee.
