AIRWALL CONTAMINATION
CONTROL BOOTH (CCB) SYSTEM
The Airwall Contamination Control Booth (CCB) system is a self-contained, stand alone
work station consisting of an integrated booth and one or more AirWall dust collection
units. This equipment is designed to isolate and control noise, dust, fumes and other
pollutants. Uses for the AirWall with CCB include capture of airborne contaminants
generated by material handling and manufacturing procedures, for example, dry chemical
processing, powder coating, grinding, welding, sanding and fiberglass repair.

POLLUTION ISOLATION SOLUTIONS

TROUBLE FREE FILTER CLEANING

• Cartridge filters automatically cleaned by high velocity Reverse Pulse-Jet

cleaning system.
• Pulse cycles controlled with digital pressure sensor (monitors the pressure drop
across filters, automatically sensing when it's time to clean.
• Automatic system maintains optimum filter efficiency and longer filter life.

IMPROVES PRODUCTIVITY & SAFETY

• Provides workers with a clean, safe, well-lighted, dust-free environment.

• Protects workers in adjacent areas from dust and fumes that could cause health
