Description & Scope 

Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu is undertaking the construction of Jubail Industrial City 2: Phase 3 and 4 Sea Water
Cooling Station in Jubayl.

The US$30 million project includes the following :

1. Site development
2. Construction of seawater cooling pump station intake structure
3. Construction of booster pumps
4. Construction of control building
5. Construction of electrical buildings
6. Construction of distributed control system
7.Construction of an emergency shutdown system
8.Construction of instrumentation works
9. Construction of a fiber-optic network
10. Construction of electric power supply
11. Construction of guardhouse
12.Construction of manifold structures
13.Construction of valve chambers
14. Construction of flow chambers
15. Construction of fire water system including tanks and pumps
16. Construction of potable water system
17. Construction industrial wastewater system

been procured related to its progress, nor obtainable from contact with key stakeholders. We believe the project to

This project was created based on a market news in year 2012. The last update received on the project over the
phone was that the construction works on the project are ongoing and overall completion is expected by August

obtain information to the contrary, we will not alter the status of the project, but we have changed the time frame to
make it more accurate. In the meantime, we will continue to try and obtain updates for this project.
