Description & Scope 

Haya Water is undertaking the construction of the sewage connections and treated water connections for government, residential
and commercial facilities in the state of Seeb and Airport Heights, Oman.

The project will connect 87 governmental, residential, and commercial facilities to receive approximately 21,400 cubic meters/day
of sewage water from these connected units. 63 facilities will also be connected. The treated water network has a capacity of
more than 24,560 m3/day.

It aims at enhancing the capacity of the main sewage station in the state and raising its efficiency to receive larger quantities of
sewage water, to raise the station’s capacity from 62,000 thousand cubic meters per day to 82,000 thousand cubic meters per
day, in addition to linking 63 facilities in the Seeb area with treated water.

The US$30 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of six integrated pumping stations

2. Construction of 14km main transmission lines
3. Construction of 36km side networks
4. Construction of 16.5km treated water networks
5. Construction of associated facilities
