ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

KARROX has given me knowledge about the basic electronics. Before taking admission to KARROX I
used to think that it is a very difficult task but KARROX electronics book and the faculty gave us much
more knowledge about electronics. Due to this now I am able to complete this project successfully.

For the completion of my project I am thankful to my Project Guide and the Center Manager helps me.

INTRODUCTION
We can use Musical Siren as a security of lockers. When one opens the door of the locker the switch gets
pushed and Musical Siren starts ringing.

For that we have to connect a speaker and switch to PCB(printed circuit board) and speaker should be on
the outer surface of the cupboard and keep switch inside the locker and connected to the handle so that, as

one opens the door with the help of the handle the Musical Siren starts ringing. Thus it can be used as the
safety device for the lockers.

It has various other purposes such as in Toys, vehicle security. My product can be used in toys because it
does not create nuisance rather it is musical so the children would like to hear it.

My product is preferable as it is easy to operate and economical also.

PROCEDURE
Take a PCB (printed circuit board) of required circuit diagram.

Check the proper circuit diagram on PCB.

Take the required components and mount them on the plain side.

Solder the component properly so that the solder bridge does not occur.

Do not make any loose connections of components like resistors and capacitors etc.

CONCLUSION
1) This project was a good learning experience for me.
10

2) I learnt to solder the components on the PCB (printed circuit board) for the first time.

3) With this project I came to know the simple mistake I used to make while soldering.

4) It was a good experience to work on this project and I was very happy to create a
successful device which could be used in our day to day life.
