1. Case Allocation
This module is used to facilitate the allocating judge to allocate the cases to courts. While allocating, the allocating judge need to know the pendency status of the particular court to which the case is being allocated. To do the proper case allocation various features are available in the software
1.1 Prepare Data
To fetch the above mentioned information is time consuming and resource hungry for the software. This option is used to prepare the counts of unallocated cases in temporary table. This option is to be run before allocation commences everyday.

1.2 Allocation of Case
This feature allows the user to select the case individually or List all the cases which are not allocated yet. When the case is selected, party names are displayed automatically. By default current date is displayed as date of allocation. If the first Stage and Next Date are entered at the time of registration then those details are displayed automatically. If not entered then the user may enter the next date and stage details at the time of allocation. The list of courts, total number of cases and the number of cases on each case type is shown. Court to which the case is to be allocated to be clicked. All the selected information is to be submitted.

SN Field Data to be Entered 1 Case Type/Registration No. Select the Case Type/Registration No. from the list depending upon the radio button selected as Individual and List Cases 2 Registration No. Enter the Registration No. of the Case. 3 Year Enter valid Year and Click on the Go button 4 Petitioner Name After the selection of the Case, Petitioner Name is displayed automatically 5 Respondent Name After the selection of the Case, Respondent Name is displayed automatically 6 Allocation Date Select the Allocation Date from the calendar control (By default current date is displayed). 7 Purpose Select the purpose from the list. 8 Next Date Select the Next Date from the calendar control 9 Select Court No. Check the Court No. to which the case is to be allocated

1.2.1 Bulk Allocation This feature is used to allocate the cases in Bulk. When the Court is selected, by default the current date is shown as Allocation date and all the unallocated cases are listed automatically. Check the cases which need to be allocated to the selected court. If all cases are to be checked, select the check box given at the top of case list. Individual cases can also be checked. On submitting the information, the checked cases are allocated to the court.

1.3 Check Allocation
This feature is used to check the pendency status of the courts. After Select the Case Type, the current pendency position of all the courts along with the pendency position for the selected case type is displayed.

1.4 Reports
1.4.1 Pending Allocation List
This report generates the list of all the cases which are registered but not allocated to any court.

1.4.2 Graphical Report
This report shows the graphical representation of the No of cases in a particular case type allocated to different courts. The count on top of the bar shows the number of cases in a particular case type/Total cases allocated to each court.

1.4.3 Allocation Checklist
This report lists the cases that are allocated to the respective courts on a particular date.

1.4.4 Institution Register
This report is generated for selected period. List of cases registered during the selected period and the cases allocated to which court is displayed.

1.4.5 Allocated Case List
This report is generated for selected period. Court Wise, Case Type wise cases allocated to different courts during selected period is displayed.

1.4.6 Daily Filing Allocation Report
This report shows the list of cases allocated during the selected period and individual court numbers.

1.4.7 Suit Register
This report generates the Complete Case information in the form of suit register for every individual case. Whenever the suit register is generated, all the entries of that case as on date are shown in the suit register.
