Fathers Day Pig Roast & Bean Bake-off HUGE success Our first pig roast and bean bake-off was more successful than we could have ever imagined. With close to 120 people in attendance the Waterside Team with help from Rob, The Beckwith Butcher, managed to serve 8lbs of homebaked beans, 60 lbs of pork, 30 lbs of potato salad and 2 huge Fathers Day cakes. We were blessed to have the clouds clear in the afternoon for our chainsaw carver Peter, to dazzle us with his unbelievable talent. Congratulations to the Tunwell Family for winning the Judges Choice Award & Sue Dryburgh for winning the Peoples Choice Award for the bean bake off.
