This question requires you to describe directions to a place or a journey based on the map given.
Study the map given carefully and describe the directions step by step. Your description must give
a clear picture of the route shown in the map.

Guidelines
1 )ead the instructions and study the map carefully.
2 Ta*e note of details li*e names of roads+ landmar*s+ signs+ symbols+ etc.
3 Trace the route by following the arrows from starting point to the end. 's you do this+ note
down all important details that you need to include in your composition.
4 ,hen you give directions+ ma*e sure they are clear and accurate and follow the sequence
of counts as shown in the map.
5 -a*e sure you use the correct prepositions of places. You can also use logical connectors
li*e next, then, after that, etc. to lin* your directions.
6 .se adjectives to add interest and to help ma*e your directions clearer /e.g. large building+

Situation
Last Sunday, you went to your uncles village with your friend, Alex.
Both of you spent one whole day touring the village. Study the map
below and describe about what both of you saw and did.

The trip to my uncle8s village had been planned a month ago. -y uncle+ Uncle
Meng+ lives in Kampung Bunga. 9e had invited Alex and me to visit his village for a
wee*end.
6n the morning of that Saturday+ we left our homes early for the bus station. ,e
boarded the bus at si1 o8cloc* and arrived at the 3ampung unga bus stop at eight. .ncle
-eng+ who was waiting at the bus stop in the village+ was very happy to see us. .ncle

noon+ 'le1 suggested a swim. So we went to the nearby waterfall. It was so nice to put our
tired feet in the cool water.
