This platform aims to bridge the various gaps between academia and create a model through which colleges
can work with industry and provide students, teachers and the college community with an exposure to current
industry environment and practices.

Dr. U. Chandrasekhar,
Director ESCI & Chief Mentor Visveshwaraya Technological University. A scientist and educationist with
interest in Rapid Prototyping, he has carried out several programs for enhancing research orientation among
engineering students/ TEQIP Institutions. He received Gold Medal from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam for his academic
pursuits.
Mr. Ananthanarayanan Subramanian (Ananth),
is President / CEO, Hitachi Solutions India. Ananth brings with him 26 +years of experience spanning across
Management Consulting (erstwhile Indian Affiliate of E&Y, TATA Strategy Consulting), Financial Services (erstwhile
Investment Banking Indian subsidiary of J P Morgan & Indian venture of Moody's) and the last 15+years in business
solutions centric IT. Ananth contributes to industry business collaboration through part time teaching of Business
Process Oriented ERP/CRM at one of the top ranked B Schools in India and this initiative is supported by the
Microsoft Academic Alliance.
Dr. Ravi Dasari,
is presently heading HR in Lanco Kondapalli Power Ltd. with a Doctoral degree in the area of Human Resource
Management with a special focus on HR issues in Indian IT Industry. He secured University First Rank in Personnel
Management and Industrial Relations. He also holds MBA with Marketing Specialization. He has worked with
progressive business organizations like Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd, IDBI Ltd & business schools for more
than 19 years in the capacity of AGM, Deputy General Manager, other positions.
Mr. K. Chandrashekhar,
is presently the Director-Projects at BGR Energy Systems Ltd. He held senior positions in many organizations
of Energy & Power industry. He has led projects at Reliance Power Ltd, GDF Suez Energy International MEA,
TATA Power, Essar Power.
Mr. Abhirama Krishna,
is a B. Tech (Mechanical) from REC Warangal and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore. He has over 30 years of
corporate experience having worked in HMT, Narne Tulaman, Elecon Engineering Group of Companies, NIIT,
Rocsys Technologies, Satyam Computer Services and Mahindra Satyam. As Director of South State Business
School, he is involved in building an Institute of Management which believes in enriching the Business Landscape
and contribute to the overall development of Society. Abhi was the Past President of the National HRD Network
Hyderabad Chapter and is a life member of the Hyderabad Management Association. He was awarded the Most
Distinguished Alumni of REC Warangal in 2001. He received the Best HR Practice Leader Award 2013 from
Middle Earth Consultants. He is on the Academic Board of several Engineering and MBA institutes in the country.
He is much sought speaker in various public forums including ISB, IIMs and ASCI.
Mr. Maltesh Somasekharappa,
is the Head of Business Strategy at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering presently which is in the business of
hydraulic cylinders, aerospace, defense and other infrastructure development.He has over 12 years of strategy and
business research background and is constantly looking to help his organization adapt the best of technology.
Currently he is involved in experimenting new materials, processes and 3D designs through various institutions and
organizations. He also leads a team of experts who are developing functional aerospace components that are
manufactured using Additive Manufacturing technology. Maltesh holds a masters degree from London School of
Economics, UK.
Mr. K.J.A.Swarup,
is presently the General Manager-HR from ITC Limited,LLM.
Management Trainee in Hindusthan Aeronautics Limited Bangalore and Worked till 1994 then rose to the position of
Head of HR and next joined ITC in 1995, He is responsible for Recruitment and training and development. He is also
trained in Basic Management at Tokyo J apan. Mr. Swarup as served two terms as Secretary National HRD Network
Hyderabad and Presently Member AP CII HR Committee.

holds PhD in Quality Assurance and Reliability and Master of Technology Degree in production Science and
technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He is certified Project management
professional (PMP) , certified Six sigma Black belt from American society for Quality (ASQ), certified lead auditor for
ISO 9001. Dr.Chandrasekhar had working experience with companies such as Conseco Inc, Det Norske Veritas,
Elpro International Limited. He has handled several consulting assignments in the area of Model Based process
improvement for more than 200 companies. Developed and Delivered several training programs in the IT sector such
as software estimations, Requirements Management, Managing Non Functional Requirements in Design (NFR),
Software project management, Project Management using SCRUM, Microsoft Project 2007 & software testing.
Mr. J.V.R.S. Prasad,
is presently Heading Hyderabad Regional L&D operating from TATA Consultancy Services (TCS). He holds a
Masters Degree in Engineering and has over 23 years of experience in the areas covering Project Management,
Customer Relationship Management & Business Development. Defining and Deploying Quality Management
System, Software Quality Consulting & Software Testing. In his 15 years continuous J ourney in TCS, he performed
several Branch and ISU Leadership Roles such as Branch Quality Head, Process Excellence Lead, Delivery
Excellence Head.
